Commentary
An original impression of this design was apparently in the Vever Collection, and auctioned by Sotheby's; see this spreadsheet of Kiyohiro prints, from whence the above poem transcription.
Hatsuzakura refers to the first cherry blossoms of the new year, or, metaphorically, to a young woman of age 18 or 19.
